Originally from Puerto Rico, Evy began her career in hospitality, where she held leadership positions with Hyatt and other internationally recognized properties.
Her experience included guest services, VIP relations, spa and wellness operations, and the development and opening of hotel and spa facilities.
Working with discerning international clientele taught her early on that exceptional service is defined by attention to detail, anticipation of needs, discretion, and genuine care.
Since entering real estate in 2013, Evy has represented buyers and sellers throughout Los Cabos, from San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor to Cabo San Lucas and many of the destination’s most established residential communities. Her experience encompasses primary and second-home purchases, investment properties, rental opportunities, relocation, and high-value residential inventory.
